HOW IT WORKS:

To speed up the process, please attach your appropriate medical records with as much additional information as you wish.
We process your information, and send you within a few days a detailed offer including prices, with
– hospital treatment and outpatient care information
– travel and accommodation recommendations
Should you wish to take advantage of the CROSS-BORDER EU DIRECTIVE, we can help you find and complete the correct application forms.
On receipt of approved reply to your application – within 20 days – you confirm our proposal, and we proceed with arrangements.
Reimbursement takes place after submitting final medical report and invoice upon your return home, as defined in the reply to your application.
Following exchange of signed agreements, we can specify treatment dates from within a fortnight.
You book travel and hotel. – we can of course help with this.
On arrival we shall meet with you at the airport / station in Budapest, and accompany you to the hotel, and go over treatment, appointments and any further details.
Treatment shall normally commence the next day.
After treatment / operation you spend the necessary days in hospital.
On return to hotel, we help you with outpatient arrangements.
After removal of stitches, and you are fit to travel, we provide you with your Final Medical Report and Summary in English necessary for insurance claim.
And the final bill is settled.
We accompany you from hotel to airport / station of departure from Budapest.
Rehabilitation period can be at home, or we can also organize it in Hungary, either during your initial application and registration, or during your stay.
We can also assist with your general well being during your stay for you and / or your accompaniment if desired.
